The Purple Peacock Gallery & Gifts opened in May of 2007.  It is the brain child of husband and wife team Lori & Daniel Fusello, who wanted to combine their love of art, fine craft, and the historical decorative arts, with the skills of contemporary American craft artisans.

Lori Fusello, a self taught floorcloth and painted textile artist since 1999, has sold her work all over the United States, as well as several other countries including England and Australia.  Her period inspired designs have been showcased in magazines such as Old House Interiors and Style 1900.  Several of her floorcloths are highlighted in Floorcloth Magic, a book by well known artist Lisa Curry Mair.

Daniel Fusello is a sculptor and musician who's current work includes an exciting new collection of sculpted figures inspired by the Hispanic Day of the Dead celebration.  His work will be showcased at The Purple Peacock Gallery's Day of the Dead exhibit being held in October of 2008.

The experience of The Purple Peacock Gallery has been described as delightful, nostalgic, beautiful & unique-- with a delicious dose of cool :)
