Fulfilling Your Order

Ways to Order & Payment Methods:

You can order by sending an email including your name, shipping address and the item you are interested in purchasing to info@purplepeacockgallery.com.   If you prefer to speak with an actual person, please don't hesitate to call our toll free number at 1-888-889-3409.  For your convenience, we always have a digital camera at the ready if you would like us to send you additional photos of a particular piece by email (usually within the same day), just let us know.

If ordering by email, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.  The Purple Peacock accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders, and Purple Peacock Gift Certificates.  To insure your privacy and security, please do not include credit card information in your email as it is not securely encrypted.  We will gladly call you for your credit card number as soon as possible.  An email will be sent when your order is ready to ship (usually within 48 hours).  

Shipping:

Since our products are so varied in size and weight, we will estimate the shipping cost at the time of ordering, and will confirm the amount when your order is ready to ship.  We use UPS, USPS DHL and Federal Express. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to balance the safe packing of your purchase with the most economical way to ship.

Privacy:

If you have provided personal identifying information via e-mail (such as name and address), the information will only be used to communicate with you to handle your request. It is NEVER SOLD or transferred to other parties.

 


 

Damaged or Missing Items
Even with proper packing materials and the best care, damage sometimes does occur. We will take responsibility for items that arrive damaged as long as you follow these 3 steps:

1. Damage must be reported within three days.
After three days, it may be too late to process a claim. If we cannot process a claim, our ability to help you will be severely limited or denied. So, please take some time to inspect everything in your package as soon as it arrives.

2. Save the box and all packing materials. The shipping agency usually will inspect them. 

3. Contact us at The Purple Peacock Gallery. E-mail us with the name on the shipping label, the details of the problem and
how to get in touch with you besides e-mail.  If you don't hear back from us quickly, please call us on our toll free line: 1-888-889-3409.

 

Returns -Damage -Exchanges -Problems

Returning an Item to Exchange it for Another
Exchanges are OK within 30 days of purchase or, if we shipped it to you, within 30 days after we shipped it.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. You pay for the cost of shipping exchanged items back to us. Items must arrive back to us in new condition. If your item arrives damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim. See "How to Prepare & Package Returns"

We will pay for shipping a replacement item back to you unless the original item was part of a promotion. If the item was part of a promotion, you will need to pay for the shipping.

If you are not ready to decide what you want as an exchange, we can issue you a gift certificate after receiving your product for exchange.  


Returning an Item for a Refund
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery of item to request a return and refund. Beyond 3 days, we will not offer refunds.

You may still obtain a gift certificate or exchange for another product as described above.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your purchase included a special promotion such as free or reduced shipping, our standard shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.


Exchange - Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. No returns are allowed for sale items, special orders and or custom orders. We do not give refunds on Gift Certificates. Returns must be shipped freight or postage prepaid. Any return sent back freight or postage collect will be refused. In the case of repeated exchanges, we reserve the right to charge for shipping costs.
